Jabari Parker is arguably the best scorer in the NCAA this year. Carmelo Anthony is arguably the best scorer in the NBA. If you've followed both of their games you would see some resemblance, especially on the offensive side of the floor. Both players are in the 6'8 - 6'9, 220-240 lbs area with excellent tools in their offensive arsenal.
The one advantage that I give to Jabari is that he's a better defensive player. With a 7'0 wingspan, he's able to easily block shots, and slide from the two guard spot to the power forward spot.

Carmelo Anthony for right now is the better player. He has more experience, as well as a quicker first step. In the NBA, Jabari will need to has establish a quicker first step in order to be more explosive. Carmelo Anthony, for the most part, has been known as a champion, just not in the NBA. He won a national title while he played at Syracuse. He's also a gold medalist for Team USA. I believe that Anthony is the best American born international player. His skill set mirrors what young Parker's arsenal displays.
One part of Anthony's game that will continually be frowned upon is his ability to make those around him better. Carmelo has made it to the conference finals one time in his 10 years of playing professional ball. He has had some good supporting players around him. A team that he had around him that could have been great was when he was with the Denver Nuggets. The team (2008-2009 season) had Kenyon Martin, Chauncey Billups, Nene, Dahntay Jones, JR Smith, and Linas Kleiza.
